Suggested Dosage:
Add two tablespoonfuls to 8 oz. of non-fat milk, rice milk, almond milk or juice. Add variety by adding fruit, essential fatty acids or tahini.
Contraindications:
Do not use in PKU (contains phenylalanine). People taking MAO inhibiting drugs have to watch tyramine (by-product of protein), and protein supplements. People with kidney disease may have to monitor their protein intake. This is a hydrolyzed soy protein and most people with minor allergies to soy should not have a problem with this formula, but some may.
